“Guys please suspend the “on the go” option on the Dunkin app for your location. If you’re not going to have the lobby open for pick up, waiting in a line of 20 cars defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. P.S. I still love you and hope service gets figured out soon.“

“The Lady that took my order and money , was so sweet . She was VERY helpful, sweet spoken . Most people that does that type of work aren't near as helpful and nice . Give that lady a raise . I wished I knew her name . She works around 2:00 . Because I was there today at 2:15 or so . You pay your GOOD employees better than others, if not . Someone else will.
Parking: I'm pretty sure most people go through the drive thur window .I went around 2:15 - 2:30 , as usual for the most part. Not as busy around that time
Kid-friendliness: The lady that was working today , seems to be the kind of person that wouldn't mind kids . You just can't find help as nice & helpful as this lady . She deserves a raise
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, ramp to go in“
