when you call to put in a timed pick up, it should be ready when you get there, but instead they put your order in when you get there and serve all their other customers first not not good

We ordered carry out but ended up dining inside because it started raining heavily. First off let me say that this was our very first time ordering and we were not disappointed! Our pizza was so yummy and the customer service was amazing! The employees were extremely friendly, welcoming, and gave us everything we needed to dine in. Very impressive Marco’s! We will definitely become regulars.

I ordered the Works, and I was pleasantly impressed with the amount of toppings and the overall taste and quality of my pizza. The sign over the door says “ under new management “ the staff seemed happy and very friendly. A great place to get a great pizza.

I ordered a small pepperoni and onion pizza for pickup. They said it would be 20 min. There seem to be several customers with issues with their order so I checked mine before I left. What I got was a 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni pizza. The cashier mentioned to one of the other workers that it was wrong and he said not his problem. The cashier said they would remake it but I had ice cream and milk in the car and did not feel I could wait another 20 min. so I just took it. The interesting thing is this is the exact pizza I did the last time I ordered because my grandson was visiting and he eats just cheese.
I've been ordering from Marcos for this entire college football season. Early kn they didn't always answer the phone and their competitor got my business. Recently some new management, haven't had an issue since. Always reliable folks, the food quality is consistent, and I don't have to go anywhere and miss parts of games.Thanks Marco's staff!!

We ordered online curbside pickup. We called when parked which is what they said to do. Girl answering the phone checked on our pizzas and came back and said they were ready, then hung up. I waited a few minutes for them to bring them out. Then the lady parked next to me carried her pizzas out and said she heard my conversation on the phone when inside. She said, "they won't bring them out and have to go inside." So I went in to pickup my "curbside delivery." When I mentioned the curbside pickup to the cashier, she said "I check with my co-worker and they said I couldn't bring it out." I was parked in front of the doorI don't have a problem going inside to pick up my order, but my recommendation is if you are not going to honor the advertised curbside pickup, then take it off the website. I had already included a tip because I thought that it would help those taking the time to bring out the food.Pizza was prepared quickly from when order was submitted and was ready at the estimated time. It also tasted delicious! I recommend the pizza.

Thay seem extremely short staffed and unable to keep up with the volume of orders, yet continue to take online and doordash orders. I don't blame the people working there as they were friendly but management needs to work on this.
