“The shrimp with cashews is my favorite. I’ve had it at other places in Goldsboro but other places have so much “fillers”. Here you get a large portion and the shrimp are large. I never liked hot and sour soup until I had it here. Plus, staff are so kind and so friendly. It is the only Chinese place I go to now.“

“Tucked away in the middle of nowhere this small town family friendly restaurant gives you all the feels of country farmhouse eating. Folks who dine here will immediately get a true feeling of warm light and friendly atmosphere. It's has all the seasons Fall feels and then some. The service was great. Very homey and cozy. Being there instantly feels like you finally made it back home to mama's. Food is excellent and severed up hot and speedy. If you haven't checked out this little slice of heaven yet you should make sure to do so real soon. You will not regret it.“

“Southern Ground is an amazing business! I spilled my drink in my car, came back to pay for a new one, and they gave me the drink for free. It made me tear up and definitely made my day, for sure!! Thank you guys so much for what you do. As a UMO student myself, I will be choosing Southern Ground over Starbucks any day when I need a pick-me-up for school. Once again, you guys are FANTASTIC! “Definitely the best pizza and italian in town! the atmosphere is beyond magnificent, very friendly staff! They go above and beyond to make a customer happy like making unsweet tea for example when they know that noone else will drink it! their cheerful smiles and welcoming energy makes a person's day! Thanks guys for being incredibly awesome sauce!“
