Take a long time and all items were not in bag
I could have gotten more emotion from a zombie than I did here this morning. My nephew asked for an egg and cheese biscuit and got a sausage egg and cheese and the biscuit was hard. The guy taking our order was barely audible. It was like he didn't want to take our order at all. At least the food was hot and the dining area was clean. But none of the workers were friendly. Just blah, not rude but not very approachable either.
The person working at this location was not friendly, did not smile at all, nor was she accommodating. We came in at around 5 on 9/2 with the intention of buying as many dragon ball meals as we could get toys for. She indicated that she would only open one at a time, insinuating that she had more, but would not sell them to us, even after explaining that we would have bought meals for all of them! Burger King receives mixed feedback. One morning visit was disappointing: an egg and cheese biscuit request turned into a sausage egg and cheese, the biscuit was hard, and the guy taking the order was barely audible, like he didn't want to take the order at all. The food was hot and the dining area was clean, but none of the workers were friendly—just blah, not rude but not very approachable. Another visit brought a burger that wasn't warm, no watermelon lemonade, and a substitute in a kids size cup for a combo. A stop on a fly turned into a treat: a teddy bear manager greeted and thanked them, the store was clean with a 97 sani score, burgers were wrapped beautifully, extra onion was actually extra, and it was hot with bread soft and fresh. This place is hit and miss—Monday might bring great food that's nice and hot and exactly how you wanted it, but Thursday might bring cold or lukewarm food and the wrong thing. Lunch during the week brings good service, sometimes slow when busy but reasonable and understandable, with great management always on top of things, making sure orders go out timely and correctly, along with taking orders and running the front counter; food is almost always fresh and hot. After years away, a free whopper with a chicken jr and extra mayo was delicious, fast, and friendly.
