Bojangles, a popular restaurant, has received mixed reviews. On Christmas Eve, a customer visited around 12:30 pm and found a long line but didn't have to wait long. The employee's attitude was friendly and helpful, and the order was correct. However, another customer visited on a Saturday at 4 pm and had a different experience. Although the employee offered all white meat when dark meat was out of stock, the customer was disappointed with the employees' side conversations while waiting for the food. The customer also mentioned poor customer service for not receiving a drink that was included in the meal and having to ask for condiments. A regular customer who used to visit the restaurant frequently shared their disappointment about the decline in food quality. They had to ask for fresh food, and the manager didn't seem happy about it. Despite the negative experiences, customers are encouraged to visit Bojangles and hope for better quality food and service.
