I asked for all the the hot sauce and other sides I needed and didn’t get one! I had to tell the window clerk that she needed to give me a cup holder when she gave me my drinks! She wasn’t going to give me but one of my drinks until I told her she owed me more and asked for my receipt to see what I had ordered and never gave me my receipt back! No straws; no condiments and no “Thank you”!!!

I went in to get lunch, a chicken wing dinner. Their chicken always look like it's refried. It doesn't matter if it's as soon as they open or later. The chicken never looks fresh, and the biscuits are so small now. This is by far the slowest one of all. There were only two people working. I ordered the wing dinner and two blueberry sausage biscuits. It took 35 minutes to get that order because the drive-through was the priority.

Need I say more..never come to this place an hour before closing. Might as well go on blood pressure meds. I wouldn't post such a harsh review if a meal wasn't 14 dollars.

I waited for several minutes for them to answer me through the loudspeaker and I never received a response. I approached the window and they were not even able to open it and explain anything to me.

The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. However, when I got home some of my order was not in the bag. I called back to the store and they asked if I could come back and I couldn't, so they had me write the manager's name on the back of the receipt and told me to bring that the next time I come to the store and they will replace the missing food items.

Drive thru is a joke. The amount of time it takes to get order and get your food is ridiculous. To sit at the window and watch the employees playing around using foul language while my food is sitting on the counter. The fries were extremely overcooked and way too much seasoning.

Everytime I come to this location it takes forever to get your food from the driver through window. When I look in the window everyone is just standing around, only for my food to be sitting at the drive through window. And the lady working the window is completely rude. I just rather go to 15-501 or Hwy 55.Might I add at first I was one of 3 cars in the drive through. When I left car wrapped around the building. For as long as I sat at least the fries could have been hot!! Do better!

I had a chicken supreme salad and it was very good. It was fresh and a good alternative to fries, rice or other unhealthy choices.

I don't know what this location is doing to their drink machines but on multiple occassions I have been given a soda that tastes overwhelmingly of bleach and cleaning detergents. I've contacted HQ to complain but it's not been resolved.
