Just doesn’t seem as well run as a standalone store. Not sure why. People seem a bit more in a rush. Food just slightly different. Not the customer service I’m used to. It’s okay.

I love chickfila and am a red level member (meaning i eat here too much). Lately when i use the app i get a message that my order is ready, but then i have to wait 5 more minutes to get my order. I understand its busy and they need to get orders done in a certain time, but selecting my order is ready when its not has become common place and is at best is a bad business practice. Ive only noticed this practice at the chickfila near southpoint. I wont be giving up chickfila, but...
