“This Whole Foods Market near Duke University has lots of vegetarian choices in the restaurant. The hot bar is big and there are salads as well as dessert choices. They have good vegan cookies for dessert, which is a treat. The only negative was that some of the cashiers at this store are, occasionally, less than friendly and helpful . In addition, there is usually an armed guard on duty (typically an off-duty police officer), which is something you don't see at most other Whole Foods Markets around the country.“
“My daily driver!Full time traveler here (@whatrvdoing)! Being on the road has its challenges. There are so many coffee shops that do not produce quality roasts. That said, and thanks to these guys, I have been able to get my beans delivered anywhere in the country. Big shout out to Ryan from customer service, he is amazing. Go for the single origin 2 bag subscription so that you have variety in your daily brew. My personal favorite is Kushikama from Kenya.“
“I walked into a fun coffee spot that looks like college students probably take up all of the tables regularly. It's cozy and relaxed. I wanted an Iced Mocha, but unfortunately, they were out of chocolate. So I grabbed an amazing Iced Macha with a pump of syrup. Delicious! My mom liked her Eggnog drink, though the fact that it was hot put her off a little. The staff seemed happy to be there and were helpful when my mom didn't know what she wanted. I will be back!“
“My friends and I think that this is some of the best coffee in Durham. It’s a cute little coffee shop with nice hours that opens early in the morning (perfect for a reward after a run or bike ride or trip to the farmers market just up the street). My favorites are the vanilla latte (hot or iced is great) and the ham and cheese croissant - my favorite in Durham too!“
“I love the Mabel, which is a honey lavender latte, It is so good. BUT today I tried the orange Shortie (I cannot remember what they named it exactly) but it is absolutely one of the best coffee drinks that I’ve ever had in my life. The orange flavor mixed with the pink Himalayan sea salt it’s absolutely divine. If I could, I would drink it every single day. I’ve been wanting to try the Aphrodite, but it’s always sold out. Maybe one day!“
