Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair can roll from the parking lot right up the sidewalk into the restaurant with no problem. Some of the parking spaces are elevated just a little but no issues for handicap.

Had to repeat my order 3 times because they are talking to each other instead of paying attention.

Too many fries in the small order.

Overall it costs too much for lunch.

I give service a 3 star rating because one of the employees (His name is Philip), has been a rude server. There were two instances of his rudeness; one was when I asked a cashier if the cheeseburger had two patties or one and in an abrupt fashion he points at the menu which was quite unnecessary. Then there was another time when he called me and my mother's order and pushed one of the bags which again, didn't need to happen. When making people's food and explaining...
