Writing to this to give a shout-out to the kind lady who took my order in the drive through, Ms. Nyoscia!!My order was a little particular and she felt like there may have been another way to structure my order to save me money. And she did save me money!I’ve never had customer service like that at a drive through, and she deserves all the credit for my experience and considering how to get the best value for my money!Will def visit again for some night time snacks!!!
A 20 minute wait in the drive thru is unacceptable. Not one car was moving. Line backed up to Hillsborough Rd. During the wait. Multiple cars were driving off and going to Bojangles next door where the line moved swiftly and timely. Also, KFCs diner was closed for service while Bojangles were still serving open dining and making great for business. Just my two cents. Now that I'm stuck in KFCs drive thru line to the point of no return, I had to unnecessarily wait another...
it was late one night, and I wanted some chicken. I had just left Bojangles on guess Road because the young man there grab between his legs before wanting to order my damn food discuss so I left went to Kentucky Fried chicken on Hillsboro Road where I was surprised to be greeted by a wonderful manager who let me in and fix me the best meal I had all week way to go.
