Visited the drive-thru and later realized my credit card had not been returned with my order. The next day, my credit card company notified me of multiple fraudulent purchase attempts on that card, forcing me to cancel it and deal with the fraud report process.
I have contacted management and hope they take this matter seriously. Losing a payment card after a transaction is a major customer service and security concern.
I think it's time to shut this one down and start over
Wish I could give this zero stars. Worst taco bell experience I've ever had. Didn't have many of the menu items, poor communication, very slow drive through, incorrect order received.
