The chicken is so small. (3-piece chicken).
Coffee was hot. Donuts were fresh and the staff was kind and helpful.
Visited the drive-thru and later realized my credit card had not been returned with my order. The next day, my credit card company notified me of multiple fraudulent purchase attempts on that card, forcing me to cancel it and deal with the fraud report process.
I have contacted management and hope they take this matter seriously. Losing a payment card after a transaction is a major customer service and security concern.

The manager is also commendable, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and to their satisfaction. Overall, KFC is a great spot for a late-night snack, with friendly staff making a positive impact on customers' experiences.
