Was ignored. Didn't even eat. Good location. Not enough workers or just bad service.

Food menu is cool, $10 for everything on the food menu.

Food was very fresh and good! Everything was $10 off the menu when I went. Would recommend for a Saturday late dinner and chill!

Taco place is located inside of a bar. Simple menu. Straightforward pricing. Delicious! My only caveat is that there is a tonnnn of rice on the side for some dishes. Thought it was interesting other dishes have Fritos as their side. About a 15 minute wait for two dishes, I think.

The adobo pork breakfast burrito made me believe in god

Great food! My go to is a chorizo taco with both sauces. Nice portions, somewhere between a taco and burrito

Literally my new favorite food place in Durham. Pure ghetto-grunge-casual goodness. First time I went I got the two taco plate with Birria beef for $10 (all plates are $10) and a shot of whiskey for $7. I watched something like cannonball run on the backdrop of the bar and thought I had died and straight up gone to heaven.

Second time I got an even better item, the Birria beef burrito, served with Fritos corn chips. Good lord. This was like an even bigger bite out of heaven, topping the first $10 plate I tried.

Still haven't tried the breakfast options but can only believe they will be next level as well.

This place is amazing. We stopped in here on a whim on a Monday night while passing through Durham on a road trip. We had a very hungry toddler with us and needed to feed him quickly. Even though this is a bar the staff here were incredible. They went above and beyond to welcome us and help us feed the kiddo quickly. No one minded when he ran around the space a bit, and when the food came he scarfed down every bite. And so did we! The food tasted incredible. If we’re ever back through the area this place will be on our list!

South Texas style breakfast tacos. Kinda reminds me of Laredo Taco Co. From Stripes. Cool atmosphere, will return for an evening date.
Owner is a cool vato. Glad I found this gem downtown.

There is finally some good real weekday breakfast again in downtown. Sometimes you need more than just a pastry for breakfast, and bagels get old quick. The migas tacos were so good and their salsas were perfect for them.

Vegetarian options: The migas tacos are veg. I'm sure there are others but that's what stood out

I’ve had breakfast tacos several times when they were posted up on the sidewalk and they are bomb. Will definitely be back for breakfast.

Decided to try their dinner menu tonight. Ordered takeout online - two birria tacos with rice and beans for $10. Total came to $14.05 with tax, included gratuity, and an additional 15% tip. Ignored by the bartenders for several minutes, and I wasn’t sure if I should just walk up to their kitchen service window. Once they looked up from their phones, they pointed where to go. I’d suggest skip the tip on takeout. Food was very bland and soggy. I know birria is stewed beef but the tortillas had dissolved. Not any detectible seasoning apart from a few pickled jalapeƱo slices on the side. I can’t eat pork, but maybe the other options are less wet. The rice was a solid clump of lukewarm starch. I threw away the beans and rice after two bites.

Folks really like this bar and maybe I caught them on an off day, but this won’t be my first choice for a night out. I’ll give breakfast another shot.
