Restaurant Lobby was dirty. Tables..floor... drink station...counters..trash cans overflowed. Staffing seem adequate enough to pull someone to clean. Manager came in staff was clocking out leaving and looked as if they did not norice how nasty the lobby was. We ordered our food to go.
Unprofessional, Rude, Slow, inefficient, un knowledgeable, and that’s the manager. This store and stores in the area including the one on Roxboro rd are owned by the same franchise company and they’re all terrible, the franchise company is careless, distant, lacking proper training, disconnected, and down right condescending, the way they don’t fix their incredibly terrible managers and employees, issues and the lack of good help. Horrendous service and wait times. After waiting over 20 mins in the drive thru, I finally called the resteraunt, and the employee said they forgot about my order, waited another 10 mins and finally got my food, only to get home and realize they forgot several of the items. On top of that, I found a hair in my food.
