This is most likely one of the worst McDonald's experiences I have had. The bun was hard as a rock like it was sitting on the heater too long. It took about 12 minutes with three cars ahead. One employee was nice and the other not so much.

My whole order was wrong. And they wouldn't take it back. I will never go to this again. It sucks.
Staff are incompetent. Ordered regular size m&m mcflurry with hot fudge + fries, got a small Oreo mcflurry with no hot fudge.
This is after ordering ahead on the app, driving 5 minutes to get there, waiting in a line of 5 cars for 15 full minutes, then having them ask "what was your order?" at the window because they hadn't even started on it (literally just a mcflurry + fries).
This isn't the first time I've been robbed at this location. If you value your time or money, go anywhere else.

If I could vote for negative stars on service for this location I would. This used to be my go-to McDonald's... But recently they've not only been messing up every single order I've made in the past 3 months but also the time frame for getting th food made has been attrociously long . Don't even try to order curbside because they will ignore your order completely until you go inside and complain.
The shere incompetence in management for this location is absolutely astounding. It's gradually gone downhill over the past few years, but recently it has taken a steep nose dive off a cliff into a cesspool of incompetence. I normally wouldn't write a review for a fast food chain, but it's a McDonald's and you expect for it to at least be fast even if the food isn't going to be great. I had ordered (3) happy meals for the kids and it took them 20 minutes to still not realize they hadn't made my food. There was noone else in the establishment and noone in the drive thru. They were just ACTIVELY NOT MAKING the food for my kids.
I will never be going back to this McDonald's again even though it is significantly closer to my home than any others.
