I ordered the cheesesteak and asked for vegan cheese as a substitution. Though they weren't sure how it would turn out, they were open to doing it and it was amazing! As a person with a ton of dietary restrictions, I am always faced with difficulties when I need a substitution for my food at restaurants. This experience filled me with gratitude. Thank you so much!

Sfizio Pizzeria, located in the Durham Food Hall, offers an amazing experience on a plate. The pizza is really good, with very light, not thick or doughy crusts, and everything tastes fresh. The pizza speaks for itself. The Hummus Flatbread is also a standout, with vegetables cut to the perfect size and just enough hummus spread. The staff is wonderful, warm, kind, and knowledgeable. Service is great, with efficient and friendly staff. The location is fun with a variety of options if with a group. This is a dependable local place with good quality at acceptable prices. A sample of the pumpkin seed pesto sauce was wonderful. While the pizza itself is delightful, some may find the price a little steep for how small the pizza is. It is not as easy to find good pizza in NC, but this place is good.
