The cook was eating with gloves on and then went back to cooking with the same gloves on
Ordered from DoorDash, steak hibachi plate, while the portion was generous it was $21, and the steak was not tender but very chewy instead. The sushi and dumplings were good but the rice and the steak which should be the star of the plate was lacking in flavor, I had to pour soy sauce on the meat so it’d have a deeper taste.
Great experience at Neo Japan Express! The food was amazing, portions were generous (we had plenty left over), and everything tasted fresh. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was spotless. We’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant is fast and fresh, perfect for a quick Japanese meal like hibachi salmon. The atmosphere may need improvement, but it's a great spot for tasty Asian cuisine.
