So today after already having a issue with the app. I finally get to order I always order my pizza without sauce due to an allergy I have with marinara sauce. The website didn’t give me a special request box. As soon as the order went through after telling me it was between 1hr-1.5hr wait time I called less than 2 minutes to the store located on hey 54 spoke to the lady told her the situation she claimed the pizza was already in the oven. Sent my significant other to pick up my Order & it was supposed to be ready at 930. Got there at 930 & it took him 30 mins to get my order. My pizza was WRONG, the bbq sauce was dripping out of the wing bowl, & the pasta along with everything else was cold, & I only live 10 mins away.
