This is the good food in Durham I would never go back for. I walked in and felt lucky be sat at the bar in the back. Host sat us at the back bar. Had to Ask the bar back for water and eventually he reluctantly made our drinks while the bartender hung out with staff/prioritized employees over guests. While we were wait for our pizza. At least 6 staff meals came up and were labeled by our bartender with smiley faces while our food took forever. As a person who has managed James beard level restaurants I know that I’ll never go back to a place with $20 pizza and bartenders who would rather serve friends than tipping customers. Mind you I still added to the automatic 20% gratuity which affords them below average service.l

We had a large group from work that visited this restaurant. Despite our large group, the service was fast, efficient, and cheerful. During our visit, not only did the server keep a good check on us, but the manager also came by. The food was excellent was prepared quickly, and the presentation was very nice. We were all very happy and the prices were good, too! We found the price is very reasonable. We will all definitely return to this restaurant again!

Simply delicious / incredible. Forgot to snip the pizzas. They were AMAZING. The kale salad was great. The seasonal pear dessert was truly incredible.

We walked in around 7 PM and there was an hour and half wait, so the guy said to come back around in an hour. We arrived back they said our name was called but luckily there was a table available for us, me and my other family member sat down while the other 2 were parkin as it’s really hard to find parking downtown. They asked us 4 times if their coming and I responded yes there just parking. The guy first comes up saying they need to hurry up and can’t have this happen again, the girl comes around again and repeats the same thing. The experience overall was just not pleasant, it’s very loud in there an we had to sit next to 2 other groups of ppl which is no problem for us but it was just interesting. Also half of our pizza had 1 slice of cheese on one single slice the rest was just sauce. when we asked the guy he just said that’s normal, they also added 20% gratitude included for some mediocre service. Very loud, not warm or welcoming environment, good food other wise the cheese

Went here for a DPAC pre-show dinner (10 min walk) looking for something relatively quick. What a fantastic choice! Outstanding pizza & service. Lots of options. Would definitely go back next time we go to Durham for a show.
