The drinks here are awesome and the bartenders are always playing the best music. The vibe is dark and chill late at night, which is my favorite time to go. Sometimes I'm craving a cheap beer and sometimes I'm craving a well made martini. They can always accommodate either one, which most places can't do. Never had a bad time here!

We came in on weeknight and really wanted to like this place but unfortunately we were significantly over charged. We ordered $32 of drinks (based on their menu on all their tables) and the bartender charged us $52. When we raised this issue, the bartender was unreceptive and tried to find creative ways to avoid actually refunding the charge.

Sat at the end of the bar on Friday night (6/16/23) with 5 of my girlfriends and we were completely ignored by the bartender. 15 minutes went by and not even a glance in our direction as he served guests that were still outside when we walked in. As a bartender myself, I was shocked. We won’t ever come back!

Good beer specials classic bar atmosphere, very friendly wait staff, bartender was awesome. When you're walking around downtown Durham, stop in you won't be disappointed, grab one of their specials off their chalkboard menu which is situated in front of the restaurant, and you should have a great time.
One of my favorite spots in Durham. Great vibes, lowkey, dark, great tunes. Good, varied drinks & awesome tacos.
