I'm always satisfied with the menu and eat here often. Was a bit perturbed today that I called in my order, as I always do when I plan to get it to go, and no one had record of my order. So calling in and having to wait 20 mins is no bueno and the reason for the 3-star rating. I was offered an apology for the inconvenience so I suppose I should be grateful, huh?
I'm really surprised by the low ratings for this place. I can say that it's the most delicious chicken salad I've ever had. When I'm down visiting my parents, I make sure to stop by and stock up on it. It's the only thing that I can speak to directly, though my parents get the beet salad and black bean side and both were apparently delicious.

Nothing stands out for me here, so three stars for average. Nice that they have a few baked goods, and sandwiches and such are grab and go--guess that serves a purpose for some. Drinks are average, although the place is convenient for ATC folks, as we are a little sequestered from downtown if you just need something quick.
