Had lunch today!! Oyster sandwich aka "little pillows of deliciousness". You have perfected seafood... I guess it was fried.... but sure didn't taste or appear as such!! Loved, loved, loved the New Bern Flag! Can't wait to return! MWAH.... Kris.
Thank you to all the staff at the Salt Box in Durham. Ms. Carmen rolled out the red carpet for my dining experience. Fresh food, great experience. Please visit you will not be disappointed.

This was one of the first places we tried after moving to Durham and we were back again within the same week! THIS FOOD IS GOOOOD! If you like seafood and no fuss, good eats then this is the place for you!! The Hush-Honeys have a special place in my heart and the mahi mahi was the best I've had in a long time. I can't wait for friends and family to visit so we can't take them to Saltbox!!!
