I have no idea how they say "eat fresh"!!! Had a stomach ache after having their tuna footlong. It was not even savory. Tasted like a very average sandwich that can be made better on all segments.No wonder why the subway franchise is closing in many states. I would prefer Jersey Mikes better.

Okay, I actually see they are temporarily closed, I hope they are trying to improve themselves. If you are constipated, eat here, Your stomach will empty all contents that your throat can't handle, afterwards going to the ER to get fluids then off work for 3 days plus the days you were running out of both ends...I would say don't even pass the location, the memories will haunt you.

Worst experience EVER! No sign of customer service nor professionalism. I pre-ordered on app, app stated my food would be ready at 1:10p. I arrived at 1:25 no food ready. The employee (Daisy) was very rude. Stated they didn't receive a print-out, I showed her my receipt as well as cash app stating that the food was paid for and taken from my balance. She wouldn't acknowledge me nor look at my receipt, I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor no help, the number I called no answer, I asked who would she call if there was an emergency, she stated her supervisor but he doesn't answer the phone. This incident cost me alot of money for being late to an important meeting in which there is still no resolution. On my previous mobile order the app stated my food was ready and when I walked in all the employees were talking and didn't acknowledge me and on top of it all my order hadn't even been started. This is bad business and even after given a second chance, this store dropped the ball for subway.

When I came into the store the worker asked was I getting an online order I said no. I came in at 8:15 and the cashier told me she closed the register and they closed at 8. I stated it says they close at 9 and she said online is wrong I told her it says it on the door. I asked well can I order online and she still make the order she said no.

Did a online pick up order. Not sure who made my sandwiches but they didn’t wrap it up correctly. I unwrapped them and the sandwiches fell apart and wrapped upside down. There was paper in my sandwich and old spinach and lettuce.

WHITE BOY RULES. He makes the best subs and I always make sure to go during the weekend because he’s always there. Definitely recommend this subway for multiple reasons, incredible customer service (mainly white boy), bread is always fresh( when white boys working), 10/10. I love it here.

The staff is amazing and make a mean sandwich, however I’ve been very disappointed lately. I’ve tried visiting twice now, on a Sunday, around 11:00/11:15 and the doors have been locked. The store hours say they open at 9am.

If you're a DoorDash or UberEats driver don't bother. The staff will actively refuse to make online orders if there are "customers" in the store. Apparently the people we deliver to are not customers.

Some staff are pleasant, mostly they ask can I help you. They rarely wipe the prep counter. Sometimes the tomatoes and lettuce are withered and they don't bother to replenish. Sandwiches are made sloppily. So now I order my sandwiches with meat only with a veggie salad and the veggies when I get home. Love the health options which is what I based my rating on. Please work on making the sandwiches more appetizing to reflect quality as your commercials and pictures reflect.
