Everything is very delicious ❤️✨my only recommendation for the baleadas is to treat the flour (the rose) and have someone else knead it. The person who makes it at this moment has a hot hand ? and that cuts the flour and it becomes porous but when you change the flour and the person will be fine, try and try until you find the right person who can love them ❤️?and they will be loose and soft ???????????? aside from that everything is very delicious
The food is very authentic and very delicious! The best and I mean the very best refried beans we have ever eaten! I’d go just for the beans lol! The family and staff are so friendly and the service was excellent! I’m so excited we have a new restaurant on the north side of town! I highly recommend having breakfast, lunch and dinner here!
they're at the durham green flea market ever saturday and sunday, i love to come eat here! their tortillas are hand made and have a large variety of meats to choose from! i highly recommend!
