The breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the food and
Comfortable stay while attending a conference. Room was typical average. The front desk staff was helpful. I forgot to pack my cell phone charger and the gentlemen at the front desk let my borrow a charger. Comfortable bed and overall a great stay.
Coffee was good but lacking in atmosphere and service

The pool being closed during hot weather is a letdown, and the housekeeping service not adhering to guest preferences is disappointing. The air conditioning in the rooms is also reported as loud and clunky, disturbing sleep. However, the hotel manager's understanding and kindness towards a guest who had a difficult day is highlighted as a positive note.
