I don’t usually choose hot dogs for lunch but yesterday 8/7/25 my co worker recommended we go to the dog house.i was confused but went along with it.first of all let me say service was perfect but also fast.Norma not only was nice but very funny.
I never thought placing an order would be so fun!
Any ways im not gonna ramble on but for winch and a show i would definitely recommend the dog house on latte road Durham NC.
And make sure Norma is there!
Why is it a new challenge each and every time of visiting this location?
A simple request - two all beef, Collies with NO onions. If you are allergic to onions, This Dog House is NOT your place. Apparently, they do not realize that no onions means NO onions, even in the slaw. Who in the restaurant business puts onions in their coleslaw knowing this well known fact? They do and it hasn't always been that way. It was not even shredded like the cabbage but in chunks no less.

Went there for a hotdog. Asked the cashier if he would like my change. He said sure. Sorted out $4.00 in change to pay and another cashier rolled her rude eyeballs at me. I said your partner said he wanted my change. To myself I’m thinking I am a paying customer to whom you’re being very rude.
She said well I thought you would have put it in my hand. Excuse me? How can I read her mind. All she had to do was ask. Never roll your eyes at a customer.
