Better than hillsborough rd and closer. Great energy. Great employees. Satisfied every time I go. Not to mention I go everyday multiple times a day.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a new smoothie place in N. Durham. Guests are greeted upon arrival and receive great service. The location is clean, and the staff are always friendly, greeting everyone and making sure orders are correct. The team is actively learning the new drinks and trying them. Every smoothie has been great. The flow of foot traffic has not been identified as where a person should wait for their order to be out of the way, not in line, not in the delivery pick up, or blocking a table as of yet, but no one has any issue finding a place to stand and hearing when their order is ready. Orders are prepared pretty quickly, and everything is fresh and satisfying. During Grand opening weekend, everything was absolutely amazing. The professional team assisted with ordering. A gift card and a wrap were purchased. They got an order wrong, but immediately rectified the situation and even gave some coupons for the trouble. Both the smoothie and the food tasted delicious, the price was fair, and it seemed pretty healthy as well.
