I ordered online and arrived at the specified pick up time. Nobody greeted me nor was my order waiting for me. I stood at the pick up location for several minutes then the man asked if I needed help. I told him my name and my food had been sitting behind the counter all that time. I ate there and placed another order online. Again, I got up at the specified time and stood there. FireHouse subs of Roxboro Road did an amazing job today preparing a catering order for my hospital! The entire order was prepared and ready when I arrived and bagged accordingly! Everything was accounted for and they even separated the toppings for the subs so that things would not be soggy. An employee even helped carry things to my car!! I will definitely be using FireHouse subs in the future for our hospital catering needs!

Firehouse Subs not only help me coordinate our order for 50 box lunches but also opened early to make sure I was able to pick those Lunches up. Frida was excellent through the whole process and the Lunches were fresh you could tell that they made them the morning of pickup. Barnhill Contracting Company would gladly use your services again for our projects with Durham County Schools. Thank you so much!
