I mean my expectations were never high at this Wendy's but even then they failed to meet them. Usually took forever to take you order, get your order, and then when you got your order, it was often wrong. Makes sense why it is closed.
Same problems over and over. They forget to unlock the lobby door, make us get back in car and go through drive thru. Then they say the lobby IS open and that the door is too.....um no. So now I come back inside (after they bother to unlock the door) with the staff obviously copping an attitude . Wait ten mins to even put my order in, The coke machines barely work, but I don't bother to complain. The order was correct but wonder if they spit in it because of all the attitude and snickering.
No chili or potatoes for the entire day. Literally the 2 things I came here to get. The toppings were wrong on my burger and the bun was stale. The chicken nuggets tasted old af.
I can deal with unprofessionalism, but it was the coming into direct contact with the food while not wearing gloves did it for me!! YUCK!! I don't want your bare hands on my food...period!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DRIVE THRU EVER!!! MUCH, MUCH ATTITUDE. I ordered 2 JR. "CHEESEBURGERS" with KETCHUP ONLY.... I got 2 hamburgers with ketchup only. I asked where is my cheese? This dummy said with a nasty attitude "you said just ketchup, so I thought you didn't want the cheese.....?????. OMG Education is important people.
Dirty store ,floors were just mopped and even after drying it was so slippery you can't walk in the store , the employees seemed lost in the back and wearing Crocs with no socks yuck! No body wants feet near their food! Oh and 15 min wait for a chicken sandwich!
Considering the number of one star reviews for this spot, I am disappointed to add another. Only customer in here, with 5 people in the back. Not one of them taking a moment to say “maybe I should go clean something.” If they can’t be bothered to do that, I won’t be bothered to come back.

Just left this location a few minutes ago. Was told there was no ice upfront and was asked if I still wanted the drinks. I agreed because she forgot to mention the drinks would also be FLAT. Was told to pull forward after paying. After 20 minutes she came out with COLD FRIES. No receipt. No ketchup. No napkins. No manners. No nothing. Pleasego spend your money somewhere else.
Horrible service. I totally understand being under staffed & stressed!! However, being understaffed & stressed does NOT justify Rude, petty, & unwelcoming service. The workers are not nice nor efficient. Last time I went there I waited 15 minutes cuz there was a fight going on inside between workers (and my sibling got video footage of it.) all I’m saying is I totally get not having enough workers but you do not have to reflect your negative experiences into all of your customers all of the time.

Three cars ahead of me pulled out of the line because they sat at the intercom for a few minutes each. (3:46) on a Tuesday. I comically pulled up to the intercom because I was on a business call so I could afford to waste some time. I waited 10 minutes and nobody ever came on the intercom, I pulled up to the window, and there is one guy working the window but would not look up from his phone. This place is trash. Lol
This place is astonishing, I can't believe it's not some kind of human behavioral experiment.The other reviews are not lying. I've been several times and more often than not I give up and just go somewhere else. I drive by all the time on errands and have often come back by to see the same cars still waiting to get food.
This has gotta be the worst Wendy's ever. Always understaffed, food always wrong, absolutely no customer service skills. If this is your only option, starve cuz you won't be satisfied from here

This store provided the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Honestly the store doesn't deserve not even 1 star!! I waited in line for 35 mins for the employees to say they were out of burgers, cheese sauce and the shake machine was down! I was told there is no GM for this store to order properly however it became quite clear the employees must of started the closing process early and lied about all the above since I ordered ALL chicken sandwiches and received 2 hamburgers and I watched one of the employees stir cheese sauce but I stir received shredded cheese!! Oh and I can not forget to add there was glitter on my nuggets!! They spoke badly about owner and had zero bedside manors!! I would honestly go hungry before ordering here again!!
