They close down the drive thru early quite frequently. I went twice in the same week and couldn't get salad, or potato. They told me the person who makes the salads was gone. Just slack, disinterested, and poorly run.

I know this is fast food. Its not a 5-star restaurant so expectations are low but this particular Wendy's has got to be the worst place to get food in existence. There is always 1 part of the experience thats bad and usually multiple parts. The food is rarely hot and fresh. When it is hot it takes forever. The drive-thru system isnt working half the time. This last time I went I ordered a plain double cheese burger. I was pulled forward so they could make it which is standard stuff, no big deal. The burger came out with everything on it so I asked for a new one that was plain. 15 minutes of sitting in my car, no burger. I park and go inside to remind them I exist and another 10 minutes go by, no burger. Two people cooking who are clearly in the weeds (with like 6 customers between the drive thru and inside), no one tending to the line and 2 employees in the back talking. I gave up. I had already paid but didnt care at this point. Went down the street to McDonalds. They had easily 3 times the amount of customers and I was in and out of the drive thru with correct food in 5 minutes. Lesson learned I guess. Half an hour from the time I pulled up to that window and all I had to show for it was a bottle of water. Absolute garbage even by fast food standards.

Every car in this driver through takes 20 minutes to move…. Was expecting a quick stop at 6:30 pm and haven’t even made it to the drive through window or order menu by 6:54. Awful

The best thing I can say about this place is that the over breaded and tiny Spicy chicken sandwich is that it was was hot , unlike the fries that were still partially frozen. The food took forever, but I should have known when I walked in and one employee looked up and I could hear her say " Can't these ppl just go somewhere else!" I spent $35 on a late lunch for my grand children and myself to spend some quality time, to be treated lousy and have lousy food. All these years Wendy's has only had chocolate frosty's and this is the second time I've went to a Wendy's this year that they can only make vanilla!???

EXTREMELY UNDER STAFFED; so I can understand a lot of the short comings. However the few people that were there seemed to be perfectly ok with talking and messing around in plain view of customers as we waited over a half hour for our order which consisted of only 2 meals. I like Wendy's food typical but once we finally got it the food gave me kinda ick feeling where you don't want anything from there for a good while.

It took 45 minutes to get food at the drive through when it wasn't even busy and didn't even get everything I paid for. Enough said? Waited in the drive through line for 15 min and was told to come inside to order. So I dragged my kids in with me and waited another 15 min to order. Waited 15 min for the food to be done. Is this the new standard for "fast" food?

The worst service I ever seen in my 65 years on earth. Ordered potato, burger, frosty. Gave me frosty asked to pull up and waited for 20 minutes for the rest of food, bought out potato and nothing else, I asked where was the burger and the little guys says the girl at the window says she already gave you all of your food. Needless to say I was very upset. He went back in then came out and tossed the food in my car at me. I will never ever go to another Wendy’s again you all are the worst I have ever seen. This aWendys is on Hi way 54 at Homestead in Durham NC. Get some new people or close it. It even looks nasty with no staff wearing gloves or hair nets. I will be reporting this to the Health Department. Awful people, not professional at all. Like a block party in that place!!!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. I normally don’t leave reviews but I sat in the drive thru for about about five minutes before my order was taken. Just as I was about to pull off, my order was finally taken. My fries were hard and cold, my burger did not have lettuce or tomato and the manager was giving me a death stare, as if I had interrupted something when I got to the window. No one said thank you and “you’re welcome.” I have pulled over into the parking to eat my food and I have watched the same cars sit in the line for about 10 minutes. 0/10 service. Shocked at the conduct of the manager.

Been here for over 10mins still waiting on my food. I did a mobile order , that away it would be easier. This is my 3x here and I keep giving it a chance but I can't no more. Just avoid all together. Service is crappy and the employees seem like they don't want to be there. I know it's only fast food but dang.

Worst location of any fast food chain I’ve ever been to. Terrible management, no staffing, absurd wait times for the simplest orders, always out of things. 0 stars, avoid this location at all costs. (I think all the 5 star reviews are bots or paid off).

Went to drive thru today worst experience ever. Waited 45 minutes at lunch paid for my food and never got it. Went inside and was told couldn't get my money back as I had to return to work. I will have to go back and get my money and will never go back. I dont know who owns this franchise but they obviously don't care about their customers.

Pulled up to drive thru 2:54 pm they talking about they are going through a shift change and to come inside and order. With a car full of kids I cannot do so. This is ridiculous. How does this even make sense. It’s fast food clock in and clock out.

We are still in line to get a buyer combo meal and a bowl of chilli. So slow. They said they are only 3 of them working. We are now waiting in the pull over zone waiting for french fries. Wasting so much gas and time!

Stopped by drive thru for a Frosty. Two cars ahead of me took 10 minutes to process. They wanted me to wait 20 minutes because they were "cooking meat". ?? Had to convince them that I shouldn't have to wait since I only wanted a Frosty. This Wendy's has really become a huge disappointment over the last few years. Service is always slow and, sometimes, just downright terrible and rude. The time I stopped by last they were closed in the middle of the day for no discernable reason.I just need to stop giving this place more chances.
