I know this is fast food. Its not a 5-star restaurant so expectations are low but this particular Wendy's has got to be the worst place to get food in existence. There is always 1 part of the experience thats bad and usually multiple parts. The food is rarely hot and fresh. When it is hot it takes forever. The drive-thru system isnt working half the time. Every car in this driver through takes 20 minutes to move…. Was expecting a quick stop at 6:30 pm and haven’t even made it to the drive through window or order menu by 6:54. Awful

They close down the drive thru early quite frequently. I went twice in the same week and couldn't get salad, or potato. They told me the person who makes the salads was gone. Just slack, disinterested, and poorly run.
