Do not go to this particular one. The employees were very disrespectful, despite the manager witnessing it. The place also looked dirty. The new Asian salad was nothing as expected, based on the media commercials.

The WORST Zaxbys! Don’t waste your money here! I had to call 5 times to get ahold of someone working. The reason for my call was to ask if they could make my DoorDash order fresh since the last time the food was very old and not good at all. The girl that answered the phone immediately had a major attitude with me, was rude and said “all the food will come fresh since we’re short staffed”. When I got my order, the food was DEFINITELY NOT FRESH! It was old and hard tenders, the fries weren’t even seasoned, NO SAUCES and i was only given 3! If you don’t want to work here get a new job! Please hire some decent people at this location that actually knows what good customer service is and cares about their customers requests.

The employee taking out the trash hit my car not once, but twice, while I was in the drive thru line. I then sat for so long without anyone taking my order that I left, so I can’t comment on the food.

Driving Uber eats, I had to wait an hour for them to finally finish the order. Please hire more people, they did not adequately staff the restaurant to fulfill orders. It is not the fault of the two employees that actually showed up that day.

We did curbside pickup. App ordering wasn’t a bad experience at all, at first. We got there, parked in one of the pickup spots, and let them know through the website that we were there and what spot. 2 people got there after us, got their food, and left. We tried calling the number posted on Google, their website, and the sign in front of us as an alternate way to let them know we were there but the number was *out of service*. We went inside and our order had just been sitting there on the counter, they hadn’t been paying attention. No apology just handed us the bag and went on their way.
Our loaded fries were soggy by the time we got them late. Our order included chicken strips that came with 2 sauces and we ordered 2 more (4 total) and we received 0. My texas toast was supposed to have stuff on it and it did not. My salad, the only thing that was correct, wasn’t anything that would improve the food rating or overall experience. We noticed all this stuff when we got home, and have no way to call the store to correct any of it

Get chicken someplace else. Ordered online and waited outside after checking in. Had to go in to pick up food. They didn’t care. Didn’t get any sauce at all. Everybody in the drive through was redirected to parking spots, so it really comes as no surprise that they are messing up orders and missing pickups.

Good food but when I went in there was one worker cleaning and doing front counter while the 4 guys there just stood around doing nothing , definitely could’ve helped her with the customers .

I had to wait in my car for almost 20 mins, just to get a 3 chicken finger taco meal. The lemonade was good. I wasn't offered a treat or larger size drink for having to wait. Haven't been to Zaxbys in a long time. But that commercial had me curious. I was very disappointed.

Do not go to this ghetto restaurant. Please. I have been waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot for my food unorganized missing orders people waiting and waiting in parking it on inside. I stopped going over a year ago. And decided to give it a try. Why? I now remember why I stopped coming here. If you value your time do not stop here even when the drive thru only has one car. Don’t stop.

This Zaxbys employees quite a few young teenagers/adolescents who don't pay attention to detail and don't take the time to answer questions properly.
Ordered food at drive-thru. Drove away. Noticed item was missing. Returned to restaurant. Had to go inside twice to get the situation resolved. Asked if missing item was in the box or on the side. I was told it was in the box. I should have looked versus trusting the word of 2 employees. Went back to car. Didn't see it. Went back in restaurant and asked for my money back.
The manager was nice and apologized. I got the impression that he gets complaints about them often but can't afford to let them go.
The inconvenience of eating here is not worth it. I work too hard for my money.
