I have never come to this location and waited less than 30 minutes for a simple order through the drive thru.

How many 1 star ratings for the same reason does it take for corporate to shift around management at this location?

I waited 15 mins for an order that was placed online 20 mins before arrival. The wings were dried out, nasty and did not have the tongue torch sauce I asked for. They barely had any sauce on them. But Shay was nice.

HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! ORDER WAS PREPARED WRONG AND SOME ITEMS WERE MISSING. INSTEAD OF STATING THEY WERE OUT OF THE TACOS, THEY STAPLED THE BAG AND PLACED IT ON THE TO GO RACK. SINCE THEY HAVE MESSED UP IN THE PAST, I CHECKED THE BAG. THEY HAD GIVEN FRIED CHICKEN INSTEAD OF GRILLED AS REQUESTED, WRONG SAUCE ON THE WINGS AND MISSING TACOS. WHEN QUESTIONED, THEY STATED OH, WE ARE OUT OF THE TACOS. SO YOU WEREN'T GOING TO ADVISE OR TAKE THE ITEMS OFF THE BILL. JUST HORRIBLE.

I love Zaxby's but this location really needs to get its act together. I just waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes no joke... That was how long it took them to serve like 5 customers...person working the drive thru made each car wait 5 minutes before ordering. Didn't realize she didn't give my drink either til I drove away. Was definitely NOT worth going back

Is it that difficult to ask the employees to make sure difficult that gig drivers are confirming orders. Ya'll are allowing people to steal someone else's food.

Every time I come to this Zaxbys they take forever. Every single time. Whether u do the drive through or walk in, it’s going to take way too long. At what point does management or corporate step in and admit there is an issue and do something to solve it. It is very clear there is a staffing problem here, more people need to be hired. It is lunch time on a Wednesday, there is no reason I should walk in, be only third in line, yet it still takes 12 minutes to even have my order taken. I know because I timed it. The girl at the front desk is alone, and not taking orders because she’s busy fixing drinks and passing out orders, while finally taking my order she left the register 3 times to go tend to something else. Management here needs to be fired, more employees need to be hired.

I cant give a review about anything here but the service. I was in the drive thru, I figured I haven't been here for a while it would be a nice change of pace. I gave them my order and then pulled up to the only car in front of me at the window. After almost 10 minutes of seeing no movement from the car in front if me or the window, I squeezed past them and left.
