“My food at Panera is always delicious but I have had issues with service lately. Several times my order has been wrong or something has been missing. I will say that the two managers I have spoken to on different occasions were both receptive of what I had to say, resolved the issue by correcting my order, and assured me they would speak to the staff about more accurate service for the future. I believe most of the time the issue is with training new employees. I think it just might be a coincidence that I have ordered on several days where new employees were in training. I will continue to go to this Panera because it is always clean, the food is always delicious, and the managers are professional And want to resolve my issues.“
