Always extremely busy at night, sometimes with a line going all the way around the parking lot and then some. Regardless, the service is impeccable and the employees are very understanding as well as positive.
The milkshakes are so good but they started putting in wayy less toppings in, makes you feel like your eating vanilla no matter what flavor you get
It's better than the arches or the crown.

Cook Out's drive-thru service can be improved with better attitude and accuracy. The burger's quality varies, with some being overcooked or not meeting the ordered specifications. The cheese bites and nuggets were hard and cold. The Reidsville location and employee Charlie are praised for better burgers.
