This bojangles for the most part has great food all day everyday, never have any issues.. today we got it delivered. It was extremely dry biscuits, the meat dry and to my surprise the cheese was dry as well and we ordered egg which never made it on to the sandwhich. Maybe just a bad night, as they are usually on point but damn did they mess up my night. Lol not a overall bad location tho, would eat here again, just not delivery.
The food was fine. The service was abysmal. I walk up to the counter and the woman doesn't say a word. Ok... I order and she walks away. I hadn't even paid. What if I had an issue with my card? Then she and another employee start arguing loudly. When I left the restaurant,two other employees were smoking and talking out loud about things that really shouldn't be discussed out loud.
Had a good experience the last month going to BoJangles for lunch every day. The Bojangles employee Ms. Fruit does a good job providing good food and service to her customers. I would consider BoJangles to be the best fast food restaurant in elizabeth city when she is managing the restaurant.
