This is hands down the best Dunkin’ location around! The staff here is phenomenal—always smiling, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. My order is fresh, perfect, and consistent every single time. They truly go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this location if you want great service with your morning coffee!
Dont understand why this dunkin is lower than the one in town. This is the only one I hit in Elizabeth City now, because of the friendly attitude and customer service. I walked in to ehringhaus and was told I couldn't use my app, I couldn't customize. Guy seemed miserable to be in his job, then the other lady said she didnt even know how to use the register. So, overall I will only go to this one.
The staff is so pleasant and professional. My favorite coffee spot. Visited Saturday morning 8/30/2025 Thank you drive-thru staff. 😊

This Dunkin' is praised for its friendly attitude and customer service, which is why many choose this location over others. The iced coffee is great, and doughnuts are fresh as always. Service is fast and friendly, with a warm, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere. However, some reviews note issues with training new staff, as they sometimes make "cream water" instead of proper iced coffee. Overall, the location is recommended, as staff have remade drinks when the coffee was not good.
