Had a wonderful meal and cocktails with my dear friend on the patio. Food was delicious (I had the shrimp and grits and my friend had scallops). Both delicious.

The outdoor seating provides a beautiful setting, perfect for enjoying the atmosphere with live music and bands. The menu features dishes like shrimp cocktail, crab cakes with risotto, shrimp and grits, and scallops, all praised for their deliciousness. The staff are wonderful, attentive, and provide great service, with Raynita managing to create a tailored atmosphere. Unique offerings include perfectly cooked beef, tender and juicy, and delicious fried green beans. Appetizers like Johnny Cakes and Pork Belly might be overpriced and need seasoning, but main courses like Catfish, Smashburger, and Chicken BLT are satisfying. The restaurant is a hidden gem in Elizabeth City, with many gluten-free options and an expanding beer selection. Finding the restaurant can be tricky, but parking at "Waterfront Park" offers a short walk. Highly recommended for a great meal, especially in the evening by the waterfront.
