This place is a hidden gem and has come a long way since my first visit. You can definitely see the difference with the new team—they genuinely care, and it shows in the service and overall experience. The food is really good; some of my favorites are the Bold & Tangy Burger, Bourbon Street Pasta, and the Roast Beef Cheddar Melt. Shout out to the owners as well—I’ve seen them step in and help when needed, which says a lot. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Located in the heart of EC, The Bistro is a hidden gem with a great atmosphere and delicious food. The service is awesome, with friendly staff who genuinely care. Popular dishes include the biscuit flight, breakfast burger, steak and eggs, Bold & Tangy Burger, Bourbon Street Pasta, Roast Beef Cheddar Melt, and Brussel sprouts. The new menu features Shrimp Scampi and Bourbon Pasta Chicken, both very good. The food is flavourful, fresh, and the best burger in EC. The owners step in when needed, and the overall experience is excellent. Prices are reasonable. This local spot has come a long way and is a new favorite, highly recommended for anyone in the area.
