The line is backed up everyday because whoever is working drive thru wants to ask 27 questions per order and vehicle. If Hailey would stop asking everyone their plans for the day and going on and on about her meetings and dumb convo the coffee experience and line would be much shorter. Everyone I know hates going thru yawls drivethru because yawl all wanna carry on a convo with each customer. Take our order, give us our price and coffee and keep it moving.
