This Wawa receives mixed feedback. The staff is often described as friendly, pleasant, extremely helpful, and sweet, with specific praise for the GM and a supervisor named Madi, as well as Manu and a hardworking girl whose name begins with a K. However, some customers find the young employees rude, mentioning a white young dude with long brunette hair. The store can be understaffed, leading to an oddly chaotic, intensely loud, and jovial atmosphere. While many recommend the location and visit daily, others report issues with mobile orders being cancelled without knowledge or items like coffee being removed. The sandwiches are made right, and Sizzlies are good. The coffee station and restrooms are clean. Some dislike using the machines for orders, finding them confusing and impersonal. Outside, the homeless population openly approaches, harasses, and follows customers, and trash receptacles often overflow. Despite these problems, many feel the staff is doing a tremendous job.
