“I ust want to start out by saying thank you. The staff here were wonderful. Very cheerful despite being very busy. They greeted me, asked me how my day was going, went over how they were making my sub and if it was to my liking as they were making it. Which honestly is how it should be at all these sub places. The Elkin Jersey Mike's is by far the best one I've been too and I visit all the Jersey Mike's Subs in and out of my local area alot. Good job ladies yall definitely earned the 5 stars.“

“This visit went south fast when trying to navigate and understand the deals. To have a manager jump so quick in using the black card. I have never been so mistreated and angry when that happened. So sad to be like that.“

“The girl at the window was VERY KIND... She was patient answering my questions while I tried to decide what I wanted. Our food was hot, but ESPECIALLY the fries & onion rings! I had the onion rings because I do not like BK fries so much HOWEVER my partner got fries and I ...yes I stole a fry or 5 and was shocked! They were fresh..hot and TASTY AS ALL GET OUT. I am not sure what other BK places are NOT DOING RIGHT ?? They were salted and seasoned? I'm not sure what they did but they sure were finger licking good!! “The manager Crystal went over backwards to help me with my big order for Pleasant Hill Daycare on May 6th when an uber driver couldn't find us to deliver our order for staff appreciation. The manager remade the 2 pizzas the uber driver had riding around with. She held the rest of our order, and we went to pick up. She did not charge us for the 2 remake pizzas. Great customer service.
