“We are so thankful for the team here! We had a flat tire in the parking lot and multiple members of the team offered help in every way, a helping hand, water, food, tools! It was hot and I don’t know what my Wife, two kids (3yr & 1y) and myself would have done without their help. Thank you to Andrew, and the 2 others. To the man who went home to get tools (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name (Red Civic)) thank you so much!! That would have been a massive help, it just happened that after you left two men from a roadside assistance company stopped for food and had tools at the ready.
Thank you again, there’s no better place to fix a flat than the Chick-fil-a parking lot!! Okay maybe there is.. but you get the point..“

“the subs are so delicious,so good via 4am in the morning up eating JM #ITALIANSUB, came to the store 1-11-2022 to get me a sub and baby. THEY fixed this sub right just like i wanted and no bad compliment. Only downside wish it stay open till 11p at nights.“

“I ordered that new Double Burger that's out ! It's Soo good Soo delicious ?! I didn't like the fries. There small & gets hard quick. The lady that took my order at the drive thru, got my order wrong. But , the Manager was kind & made up for it...with a smile ! Thank you!“

“We lost power due to hurricane Ian the employees in this restaurant were very attentive and helped us greatly. It was great to find a place that was open everyone else was closed a d we have kids we couldn't cook for because our stove is electric.“

“Utilized the drivethru during the busiest time of morning I'm sure. Service was super fast! Only complaint would be the lady taking the order talking super fast and hard to understand (and I'm a fast talking Yankee myself), but with the digital screen confirming what I ordered was correct made this okay in my opinion. Kudos team lumberton mcD's!“

“Customer service was great! A fellow brought out drinks to our table and then the food when it was ready! This was very nice and not the typical in-store experience for McDonald's where typically table service calls you to the counter for food pick up.“
