“I do not know what culinary sorcery they have used for their pancakes with vanilla bean syrup but l am here for it. Those are the best pancakes I have had in my 50 years of life. The sausage patties, the biscuits and gravy, the holiday mimosas, and the service was unbelievable. Everyone was so friendly and you can tell they all work as a team. “Passing through picturesque Black Mountain to have lunch, my husband and I stopped for a cookie in a local craft store. The ginger molasses cookies we bought were perfect in every way and exactly what we were craving! As we got back on the highway, my husband said that the cookies made the whole stop worth it! Thank you Four Sisters!“

“We were visiting from out of town recently and on our last full day of vacay we drove to Fletcher Village Bakery and Cafe for coffee and bkfst. The food, service, and friendliness and professionalism of the staff were beyond compare. It was the BEST egg sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Come on, you say. It's just an egg sandwich! What's the big deal?!? But I can tell you it was hands down the best ever. Fresh, hot and delicious. The gods live in the details, and this place has nailed it.“

“I was in town for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. There were eleven of us. We enjoyed it so much on Saturday that we didn't go to the new spot we had planned to try on Sunday. We went back to Green Sage, and it met all of our needs, including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and more. But the real draw was the delicious food options. From the blueberry pancakes made with almond flour to the falafels, the salmon burger, and the matcha coconut milkshake, we ate — and ate well!“
