I waited in line at this food truck for a long time only to find out they were out of a lot of things. When I stated my disappointment bx I only wanted the one thing, they consulted with the cook and came back told me I would be getting the last of what I wanted. I was told about a 15 minute wait. I tried this food truck for lunch today at Haymount Truck Stop. The staff were so kind and helpful, they gave us chips and salsa while we waited for our meal. It was $32 for two full meals. I had barbacoa tacos and my husband had carne asada tacos, both with rice and beans. The meat was delicious on both and the flavors were fantastic.
