Like many has said, I'm shocked on how the quality seems to be going down. Hush puppies and fries were over cooked, very greasy. Cost wise..prices increase which is expected in today's time. I'll wait a while to see if it improves
food was okay but the customer service was trash. made me feel like I was bothering them. ( here take it, always asking for something ) type of vibe. and only gave me 7 fries with my combo. i won't be back.
First. Change the oil your company uses. 2. What is the situation with the fries? Last I checked, there is not a potato shortage in the USA!. The drive Thu is horrible prepared to waste 30to35 mins! Makes no damage sense...
