I went this afternoon and ordered 6 delicious donuts. I usually like to watch them being made but the prep area was a disaster. it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. the shop wasn't that busy but it took almost 20 minutes for them, there were plenty of employees but they were just standing around. the dining room was a mess also, had to clean a table to sit down.
Absolutely horrible customer service. There was a line of people waiting for orders or to place an order and not a single one was greeted or addressed. After waiting forever we were then informed they aren’t accepting orders in store they had to be placed online. So inconvenient, but I left and placed an order online anyways because it’s Mother’s Day and my mom is down to visit so I wanted to treat her.
