I realize you all have rebranded your coffee and give. Your dark, medium, and light coffees names. That’s cute. It’s great that your employees are taking it so seriously that when I order a dark roast at any location I am told you no longer sell dark roast and I am asked if I want midnight. Now considering the fact that the sign says midnight and then right underneath it literally says DARK ROAST, why would you tell people you no longer sell dark roast?? The team works efficiently like a well-oiled machine, handling orders both in-store and for delivery. The staff is calm, polite, and helpful, providing excellent customer service. It’s a quiet and cool place to get work done with rocking WiFi. Despite being out of stock on some items, the staff remains kind and patient. The quality of the food and drinks, as well as the exceptional service, make it a worthwhile experience.
