Excellent service. Good seating and great communication. We chose this restaurant because of the food reviews, however our meal was a little disappointing. The scallop and pork starter was lovely, pork tender and scallops pan seared perfectly. I ordered the lamb rump for mains, it wasn’t fully rested and had been seared to burnt on one side, the problem I think is they are trying to get food out too fast, lamb needs a good 10-15 minutes to rest before plating . Nothing special just ok pub food , we found the price expensive for what it was, the service could have been better also , not very attentive or friendly
A family group of 5 of us went here for a special event on a weekend, we hadn't booked but they still found us a table. Though out the evening the service was excellent, the food however varied, the garlic bread may as well have just been plain bread and the Moroccan Chicken was just plain chicken as it didn't appear to have any spice we would have associated with Morroco, on the other hand the Pasta Carbonara was delish and the steaks were cook as we asked and very large.
