They completely screwed up my delivery order and told me I can speak to a manager on Tuesday. I am out money and food today on Sunday.
Young male employee was extremely kind to a slightly hard of hearing, confused customer. Your employee was patient and kind to the elder gentleman. Whomever was working Tues 5/10 around 5pm should be thanked for his kindness.
I ordered through their website, got the email my food would be brought out curbside at 12:47 and by 12:55 no one came out so I tried calling. I had to call 7 times to get someone to answer over the span of 15 minutes and by this time it's 1:15. I finally got an employee on the phone and told her I ordered via the website etc. She proceeds to tell me "she doesn't see the order and it's not their fault". Well ok, not what I said.
