We went on Saturday and got there at 4:30 and was very surprised there was already a 45 minute wait. They do not take reservations. After we had our meal I could see why the place was so busy. It was so good. We had the hot pot and sushi all you can eat combo. Bring your appetite. You seriously can just keep ordering food and desserts. We felt it was well worth the price. Sushi alone is a fortune and if we had been at a regular restaurant I have no doubt with the amount of food...
We love the food at this place, which is why we keep coming back every time we are in town. However, this week we’ve visited three times, and the service at the host desk has been the worst we’ve ever experienced. It feels like the host doesn’t want customers—from the attitude and facial expressions to the waiting list, where we never receive a text back. The owners should be aware of the employees they have because them could harm their great business.
First off the service was excellent and is enough to come back for. Second the food was fresh, great quality, and portioned well for price! We ordered crab ragoons and two hibachi plates, 2 orders of sushi to go. We stayed under $80, with left overs for lunch.
